DINO PARK

One of our favorite 'grandparent traditions' is to take them to the Dinosauer Park. The boys had never been before so we took them alone. HE LOOKS A LITTLE NERVOUS!
When we first pulled up to the poarking lot, you could hear the roaring of the dinosauers inside the fence. Matthew was pretty nervous. So much fun!

You Need to Check This Out!!!

Go to this web page for some great music! livefromdarylshouse.com

I used to love Hall and Oates but haven't listened to their music for a long, long time. This site is sent from Daryl Hall's home in New York and is sort of 'live jam sessions' with lots of different artists. Great listening!

After you get to the site, go to the side where it says "Episode Archive" and you can choose from all the episodes and pick one that sounds interesting.

A New Decision

I have decided to limit my blog to invited readers only. That way I can post things I think would maybe bore others, but interest my invited readers--like family stuff, etc.

Besides, I rarely get comments about any of my posts, so I really don't think anyone out there is reading except for my family anyway.
Now I won't feel so worried about revealing anything too personal-because you guys already know me!

These Are Sure Fun!

These are alot cuter in person. They look kinda confusing in the pictures. I bought 4 or 5 of these on clearance and was invited to a baby shower so I thought I would 'make' one and give it to the new mom. These are so forgiving - I don't think you can make a mistake.
II used software to print these frames and tag.

These are simple enough. Thank goodness for cute paper!

This is a paper doily I just 'distressed' with brown ink.

I used my local craft store's die cutter for the horsey and frames.

I thought she could use a pocket for mementos.
LAME ME!!-I just got this idea at 7:00 last night and ran to the store to buy the paper. I just now got it finished and the shower ended 30 minutes ago. (Hey, I've been baby sitting all day!)
Oh, well, I can drop it off to her tomorrow.
