I made these as working 'samples' for my summer sewing classes. The shorts are part of a McCalls pattern and the tees were purchased at Walmart. I intend these to be for summer pajamas but I think they would be fine as just summer shorts sets.
I think the cupcake set is my favorite. I'll give them to my granddaughters after the class.
It will be fun to see what fabrics the girls come up with - I hope they are graphic enough for me to come up with a cute applique pattern. I guess I can always fall back on flowers - right?
You post title made me think about strawberry picking and you and Mom making jam. Those were fun days. The girls will love the clothes/pjs.
