I have been making these cookies since my kids were little. They are a kind of crinkle cookie because you don't chill the dough like regular sugar cookies, you just roll them into balls. Try them - I think you'll like them!
It's like a science experiment - mixing the baking soda with vinegar --spectacular!
Take the vinegar/soda mixture and add to the wet ings.
After mixing all the ings. together, you form them into balls and dip into cinnamon/sugar...
-or- confetti, -or- colored sprinkles, etc.
They look colorful. But really, the best ones are the cinnamon-sugar ones.
